Mummy Bobo: Olowo ori mi (owner of my head), how was that favourite food of yours that I made for you? I am sure you enjoyed it. I have come to tell you about Bobo, your son. He is about to write his SSCE exams. The other day, I heard my senior wife bragging to her cousin that kola, her son, made all his papers two years ago because he is hardworking and brilliant. She then said she is sure Bobo will do the opposite and fail woefully. Olowo ori mi, please, don't let my enemies laugh at me. I know you can help me get the exam questions on the eve of every exam paper. This is the only way Bobo will be able to prove her wrong and shut her mouth forever. Daddy Bobo, you always say you love me more than my senior wife and if you really mean that, you will not let her have the last laugh over me.
Chief Goshe: Woman! Woman!! Woman!!! I have always warned you about this Bobo of a boy, but you will never listen to me. You spoil him too much; I hope he won't be the source of your downfall in future. Anyway, I will give you what you request, after which he will go to the UK to start his foundation course. Chief Goshe: Oloyinbo, my nephew, see your mango head like that of my father. You want to run for councillor, hmm? I thought you were joking when you mentioned it last year. Chief Goshe: Sisi Peperempe! C'mon, rest your little head. Why are you worrying yourself over nothing? I am disappointed in the way you keep worrying and emphasizing on this issue. After the three years of us playing this 'love game', you still worry about these little things. Before you start your rants again, don't worry I forgive you. I guarantee you that it is settled. Give me a maximum of two days, Dodoyo will get out of custody and all his frozen assets will be returned. Plus the anti-graft commission, plus the person that created the anti-graft commission, I have them all IN MY POCKET!

I think Mr. President is serious about this power thing this time around o. If those Japanese people dare sign that contract of the electricity overhaul in this country, that line of business is over for me o, and you know that means you will also lose your regular cut. Hmm, Goshe, this is not good news at all. That is my major income-generating business and I use it to keep body and soul, Princess and Priscilla together. Imagine that this whole country, Nigeria, will not need generators or diesels to make their life easier. This is serious disaster. I will do anything to make it fail…

AG: Can we meet you? (background, educational history, transition between growing up and becoming a make-up artist )?
WA: I am Miss Wemimo Ajibulu. I grew up in one of the ghettos in Lagos. I attended Command Day Secondary School, Oshodi and Lagos State School Of Nursing. I had to become a make-up artist because I have a strong flair for good and well applied make- up.
AG: Where did your love of makeup begin?
WA: Wow...my love for make-up started back in secondary school, specifically in JSS 3. There was this new teacher who walked into my class on a Friday morning, with a perfectly made up face and so I asked myself, how did she manage to do this great artistic work on her face and all. I picked up the interest from there.
AG: Was it hard to make it in the beauty industry?
WA: Well, I wouldn't say it was so easy; but talk about being competitive, it is. So making it in the beauty industry wasn't so much of an ease.
AG: Do you have a role model/s? If you do who are they?
WA: My role model is my Mother, she made me realize pursuing my dreams is an utmost ride to get to the Top.
AG: What is your proudest moment?
WA: Hmmn My Proudest Moment as a Makeup artist is when am been asked where I trained and I proudly say, "No I didn't' because I really didn't". It was a talent I discovered and worked on periodically n spontaneously. It was the grace of God that brought me this far.
AG: What challenges have you faced in this field since you began?
WA: The major challenge I had was when I just started, I had so many critics I listen to so I could build on in...
AG: When did you realize that make-up artistry was more than a dream and could be a reality?
WA: I basically realized after my tertiary education in 2009. I was awaiting my result then so I ventured in using my friends, sisters n neighbors to build up my talent...
AG: What was your first make-up job?--- How did you get it?
WA: My 1st Make-up job was gotten on BlackBerry messenger where I put up pictures of jobs I've done so far, so the bride just pinged me and said you will have to do my makeup, gave me date and address, so I went for her trial, the Job was so good and everybody appreciated.
AG: How do you get your jobs? Through an agent, self promotion, word of mouth, etc.?
WA: I get my jobs through friend's connection, words of mouth, self promotion by putting up pictures of jobs that I've done.
AG: What are your most favourite beauty products that you’re never found without?
WA: Orekelewa by house of TARA, Avon, Mary-Kay, Sleek and Black Radiance.
AG: What’s the last beauty item you purchased?
WA: Orekelewa eyeshadow pallet and cheek Blush pallet
AG: If we peeked inside your makeup kit what would we find?
WA: Quality make-up products that would make your face speak Beau
AG: What challenges have you faced in this field since you began?
WA: well would call them challenges that spring me to the next idea, for instance, after sealing up a deal, the bride calls up to say, 'my aunt has gotten a girl from so, so and so...' That's from the well known make-up artists who's gotten so much fame, name and all... So I get challenged, go on the internet to browse for the newest make-up tips.So I can always have a better job every next time...
AG: What is the best advice you ever received and who was it from?
WA: The best advice ever received was from Omolola Odusanya(Bestie) she's a Nurse and a Make-up artist too, it is about making sure every make-up suits every event it is meant for, always be on time to avoid unnecessary clumsiness trying to cover up . She also taught me some very awesome make-up tips which I am not going to reveal here...*laughing*
AG: What is your favorite make-up tip that can be used by all women?
WA: Its simple, its just for women to find out their skin tone, shape of the face, the eyelid, eyebrows, the lips and cheek bone because, application of suitable or appropriate items would differ...

Fatima Said: Beyond America's Next Top Model
She caught our attention as one of the contestants on America's Next Top Model Cycle 10. Fatima Said might not have won competition, but she definitely is a Top Model.
Fatima Siad is currently signed with New York Model Management in New York City under the editorial division, L.A. Model Management in Los Angeles placed in the women's division, Oui Management in Paris, France, Ace Models in Athens, Greece, and Ice Models in Milan, Italy, as well as with Munich Models In Munich.
Fatima born in Mogadishu, Somalia to a Somali mother and an Ethiopian father grew up in Somalia with her mother and two sisters after her parent's separation till the age of 13. The Somalia Civil war which started in 1991 changed Fatima’s life forever; just as her mother was preparing to leave Somalia for safety, militiamen stormed their home and fatally shot the two younger sisters who were just 8 and 10. After her sisters’ deaths, Fatima and her mother fled to the United States for safety.
Fatima, who placed third in the tenth cycle of America's Next Top Model is featured in the latest campaign for Herve Leger.
Fatima participated in the Boston University Upward Bound program while in high school. She was a Posse Scholar and went to Bryn Mawr College in 2004. She later transferred to New York University to study pre-med and political science. She eventually transferred back to Bryn Mawr College to finish her education.
Fatima has been very vocal about the genital mutilation she experienced as a little girl. In an autobiographical essay she wrote for Orato.com titled Vulnerable Beauty: Finding My Voice, she spoke openly about female genital circumcision and her hopes for changing the practice to make it "less horrendous" for young girls.
Fatima has done a photo shoot for the Boston Globe, Essence Magazine, CosmoGirl, Elle, Marie Claire and Avon's Mark Catalog. She had a ten page spread in D la Repubblica Delle Donne, issue 637.
Fatima did a presentation for Gemma Kahng at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2009. She also walked in the Dazzle Your Senses fashion show at Club Sol. Siad was included in NYMM's show package for fall/winter 2009 New York Fashion Week and received a showcard. She walked for Stærk, Boy by Band of Outsiders, Betsey Johnson and Michael Angel at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2009/2010, for Lublu K. Plastinina in Milan Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2010,and for a designer in the Project Runway Season 7 finale. Most recently, Siad walked for Dries Van Noten, Andrew Gn and Hermès during the Spring/Summer 2012 Paris Fashion Week.
